Change to the Magic events at SDCC

I have really enjoyed bringing you Magic events over the last decade and a half at SDCC. It has been a true joy in my life as I love the show and I love running events for you. However this year Wizards has other plans and will not be sponsoring my events. One of the local stores – Cardboardia has agreed to bring their prerelease to the show so we can still have Magic play this year. Special thanks to Jessie Lopez for the help.

We will have a Commander league, a Prerelease league and on demand drafts. More info below.

I anticipate that this will be my last year running Magic at the show so this is a last call to redeem any prize wall tokens from previous years and please make sure to redeem any tokens you have this year.

I do anticipate running events for other publishers at the show so in future years you can stop by and say hello.

Star Wars Unlimited news

There has been a shipping issue and the convention exclusive playmat will not arrive in time for the show. Instead SWU league players will receive their choice of one of the four newest Star Wars playmats by GameGenic. As an apology we will also be giving all SWU league players the convention exclusive Darth Tyranus card.
